Join us as a consignor!

  • Participation fee is $10
  • Sell your gently used items and earn at least 70% on all your sold items, volunteer to increase your earnings and receive further benefits.
  • You receive passes for the exclusive Pre-Sale for yourself and a guest.
  • You set your own prices and decide whether or not to discount them for the Half Price sale.
  • We provide a large, bright, clean indoor space to neatly display your merchandise.
  • We provide everything to organize your sale items: hanging racks for clothing, and tables, bins, shelves, and signage for everything else.
  • We advertise to the community for you, with street signs, posters, bookmarks, postcards, flyers, online listings, newspaper ads, social media, and more!
  • Our free, automated inventory system is easy-to-use, and saves you time.
  • You decide if you want to donate your unsold items to charity or if you want to pick them up after the sale. You get a tax-deductible receipt for your donations, and we handle the charity pick-up of your donated items.
  • Thousands of shoppers will see your items, and you don't have to be present during the sale.  We sell your merchandise, you get paid! 
  • WE SORT FOR YOU! After the sale, our awesome volunteers sort all remaining items by individual consignor number, saving you time and hassle! You just grab your pile and go.  (*IMPORTANT*  If you consign more than 300 items, you are required to help sort unless you choose to donate all your unsold items. The sort shift for these "Super Sellers" does not count for a higher earning percentage, earlier volunteer pre-sale passes, or free participation fee.  If a Super Seller is unable to help sort, $30 will be deducted from their consignor check.)
  • You are providing quality, affordable items for other parents; making a difference through "green living"; and blessing children in need with your donations.  
  • Your consignor check will be mailed to you within one week after the sale ends.

 
At Treasure Hunt Sales, we take the hard work out of getting cash for your gently used items. All you do is gather your items to sell (recommended minimum is 25 items), enter and price them in our super-easy online inventory system, print out the tags, attach them to your items, and drop them off before the sale. That's it ~ we handle the rest.  It's fast, easy, and fun!
