Post-Sale Pickup

We encourage you to consider donating your unsold items to charity.  Just mark the "Donate" box when you are entering your inventory.  You can donate all, some or none of your items.  You will receive an itemized, tax-deductible receipt for your donations, and local families in need will be blessed by your generosity.

However, if you do not wish to donate you will need to pick up your unsold merchandise after the sale.

WE SORT FOR YOU!
Our awesome volunteers sort all unsold items by consignor number, so you can just grab your things and go.  Bring bags, bins or boxes to carry your things to your vehicle.

UNSOLD MERCHANDISE PICK-UP

Saturday, May 6, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

In order for our volunteers to do a complete and accurate sort, please do not arrive before 6:00 PM.  If you are early, you will need to wait outside the sales floor.

3 Steps to Pick-Up

  1. Please enter through the lobby doors.

  2. Look for your items in 3 places:

    1. On the hanging racks. Find your consignor number.  The majority of your items will be here.  Make sure your items have been "double-sorted" (your consignor number sign will have 2 sets of initials on it if this has been done).

    2. Large Item area.  

    3. Items without tags area.

  3. Check out.

Please help yourself to any hangers that we collected during the sale. Your check will be mailed to you within one week of the sale ending.

Any items remaining after the 8:00 PM pick-up time become the property of Treasure Hunt Sales, or will be donated, at the discretion of Treasure Hunt Sales.
